Rental Agent Job Responsibilities:

• Customer interaction (in-person, email, phone, etc.)
• Fleet Management/Inventory
• Weekly rental billing
• Open/Close Rental Agreements
• Daily rental check in/out
• Inspect/ record vehicle condition at check out and return using industry app
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Assist with requesting insurance certificates
• Generate reports as requested
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Microsoft Excel experience required!
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service skills, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Problem solver/solution driven
• Solid computer experience including Microsoft office platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Highly organized and good time management
• Attentive to details
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Adaptability/flexibility to change as company requires
